paperwork.to provides AI-powered document processing services including:

• Bank statement analysis and data extraction
• Document verification and authentication
• Fraud detection for documents
• OCR and data extraction from various document types
• Emirates ID and UAE document processing
• API access for integration with your systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. account registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Process documents you do not have the right to process
• Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our services to create a competing product
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. document ownership and licensing

You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload to our service. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your documents as part of the service
• Store your documents for the duration necessary to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

We do not claim ownership of your documents or the data extracted from them. The processed results belong to you.

6. API usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Comply with all API documentation and rate limits
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Implement appropriate error handling
• Not use the API in a way that could harm our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for violations of these terms.

7. payment and billing

For paid services:

• Fees are charged based on your selected plan and usage
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due according to your billing cycle
• We accept credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@paperwork.to for refund requests.

8. service level and accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in document processing:

• Results should be verified for critical decisions
• Accuracy may vary based on document quality
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• Enterprise SLAs are available upon request

Our processing results are intended to assist, not replace, professional judgment in making business decisions.

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• paperwork.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our processing results

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless paperwork.to and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including but not limited to:

• Software and algorithms
• User interface and design
• Trademarks and branding
• Documentation and content

are owned by paperwork.to or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you may request export of your data within 30 days.

13. governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
