Paperwork turns documents into data you can act on: it reads bank statements, IDs, invoices, licenses and contracts, checks them for fraud and against your rules, and shows the evidence to the person who makes the decision. The same tools work for lenders, banks, insurers, marketplaces, law firms and accounting teams.
What we build
Five tool families, available through an API and dashboard, plus Paper OS for reviewing client cases with AI agents.
Bank Statement Analysis
Reads bank statements into transactions, classifies them and calculates the cash flow figures an underwriter works with.
Fraud Detection
Checks bank statements, IDs, invoices and certificates for signs of tampering, with findings and available page evidence for review.
Document Automation
Sorts documents, extracts data and checks it against your rules. You choose which results need human review.
Company Intelligence
Public signals about a company: website age, what is said about it online and whether its crypto wallets touch risky addresses.
Identity Verification
Extracts data from IDs and trade licenses, checks supported fields and expiry dates, and verifies licenses with supported issuing authorities.
Paper OS
AI agents analyse client documents, run checks and prepare credit recommendations based on your policy. Your team reviews the evidence and makes the final decision.
How we use AI
Our tools combine language and vision models from established AI providers with cloud OCR and our own code: bank statement parsers built per layout, arithmetic checks on balances and totals, and rule checks you can read. Models help read and explain documents; the evidence behind every result stays visible to your team.

Where we work
Paperwork is based in Dubai and works with teams in any country. A document type or bank layout we do not read yet is added for you as a project. You work directly with the people who build the product.
