Bring representative documents, your business rules, expected outputs and the systems that need the results. Include difficult cases and an estimate of volume so the proof of concept tests the real workflow.
How should we judge the proof of concept?
Agree the goal before the test, then compare its outputs with your reviewed examples. Check the important fields, rule results and cases that need a person before committing to implementation.
Who owns the result?
The scenarios, rules and integrations built for you are yours to use. Ownership of the code is agreed in the contract.
How are new document formats or rule changes handled after launch?
Bring those changes into the monthly support work for your setup. Describe what changed and provide examples so the affected scenarios, rules or integrations can be reviewed.
Can it run on our infrastructure?
Yes. A custom project can be delivered in our cloud or on your own infrastructure together with a Software License.
