How pricing works
Every plan is priced around documents, not pages. One processed file is one document: a twelve-page bank statement sent in a single API call is billed as one document, not twelve. The volume on each API tier is a guide for choosing the right plan rather than a hard ceiling — if usage moves up consistently we move you to the tier that fits, and we do not silently meter overage.
API Access is billed monthly in AED and suits startups and fintechs that want to integrate quickly and scale with usage. The on-premise software licence is a one-time fee per module with annual support, deployed inside your own infrastructure with no per-document charge — the route most banks and regulated lenders take. Teams often begin on the API to learn their real volume, then move to a licence once it is predictable; recent API spend is credited toward the licence.
Whichever model you choose, documents are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, processing is aligned with UAE PDPL, and the on-premise licence keeps every document inside your own environment so nothing leaves your network. Custom projects — new bank formats, bespoke metrics or a managed dedicated instance — are scoped per engagement and start with a paid proof of concept on your own documents.
