How is API usage billed?
Each tool has its own rate. Usage counts against your monthly commitment, and usage above it is billed at the agreed rates at the end of the month.
How are multiple checks on the same document priced?
Usage is calculated for the tools you run. When planning a workflow, include each step—for example, bank-statement analysis and a separate fraud check—at its agreed rate.
What should we send to get a quote?
Share your document types, expected monthly volume, the checks you need and where the platform will run. Include sample documents if you want to discuss a new format or workflow.
What is the difference between a demo and a proof of concept?
A demo lets your team try the available tools with limited processing credits. A paid proof of concept is the first stage of a custom project, testing the setup your documents and workflow need.
What should we budget for a private deployment?
Alongside the module licence and annual support plan, budget for your infrastructure and the OCR or AI services selected for the deployment. These costs depend on how the system is configured.
